Wat een fijn huisje, we hebben genoten terwijl ik zelf ook vrij en in de natuur woon. Heerlijke plek om te fietsen of om vanaf hier naar een festival te gaan...om daarna weer heerlijk in de rust te komen. Huisje is zeer schoon en uitgerust met precies dat wat je nodig hebt. Lekker zitje buiten met prachtig uitzicht. Twee eenvoudige fietsen zijn hier te gebruiken. Mijn complimenten.

Das Tiny House ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und farblich abgestimmt. Hier hat sich jemand wirklich Mühe gegeben. Ich liebe den Blick durch die großen Fenster in den Garten wo ab und zu die Hühner sind. Früh morgens kann man aus dem Fenster sogar den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und insgesamt ist es recht ruhig. Die Umgebung ist fabelhaft, nebenan (ca 200m Fußweg) befindet sich ein Café indem du frühstücken kannst. Dies ist ebenfalls sehr sehr gut!
Es gibt außerdem die Möglichkeit die zwei Fahrräder zu nutzen wenn man in nahegelegenen Cafés fahren möchte oder zum Bahnhof Abcoude. Von da aus kann man nach Amsterdam, Utrecht usw.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend - einfach herzlich. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt 😊

We are in love! This tiny house is so cute, modern and very cosy. It was absolutely clean. Lida and her husband are such lovely people. We had nice conversations with good recommendations. They were always there for us. We loved the two bicycles which we used every day to discover the lovely nature around. Such a lovely place. We enjoyed every second!

My boyfriend and me have chosen this house for part of our workation and were really disappointed. We found it over-prized. Even though it is indicated as B&B, it doesn't include breakfast and the possibilities to prepare food are limited (fridge in the size of a minibar).
The tiny house is extremely clairaudient: The street which seems little on the pictures is very busy and because of the thin walls, you can understand every word of the passengers passing by. Not to speak at all of the bypassing cars and tractors.
As the upper floor heats up quite fast (even in spring), we struggled to arrange with two working people in the venue: The promised own garden was not the one in front of the house (seen on the pictures) but it was behind the rubbish bins and a fence- facing the street. There is no sight/noise-protection from the street.
We didn't feel at ease with the hosts entering our house without prior notice when we were away- especially as we tried to practice social distancing during Corona.
We can imagine this sort of accommodation would work for people who will not spend a lot of time here and would like to explore the surrounding which is very peaceful. Nevertheless, we were disappointed the hosts failed to reflect on above points beforehand and to be transparent on the potential shortcomings for a longer stay.

Wow... Just planning my vacation in the Netherlands and considered staying here. But I must say at this point the handling of constructive complaints like the one below is really not appropriate and made me reconsider my decision. The host does not even seem to consider the "hard" facts. Plus I think it is quite strange that the first ratings here seem to be by the hosts themselves... I wonder whether the other reviews are real ones at all. Greetings from Austria!
